Come fish the Maumee River located in Maumee,
Ohio. Anticipated by thousands of anglers each year, the Maumee
River Walleye Run offers beautiful scenery, abundant wildlife,
and a sense of camaraderie among fishermen whose only goal
is to catch that perfect 10-pound-plus walleye. Jim has over
6 years experience fishing the Maumee River and knows many
secluded spots down stream from the crowd. Walleye in the
Maumee River typically run between 17 - 22 inches with an
occasional fish in the 10lb range. The run traditionally starts
in early March and continues through early May and thousands
of fishermen from across the country flock to get a piece
of the action. Half day trips are 5 hours and full day trips
are 8 Hours. All Terminal Tackle and Bait Provided, Spinning
Rods are available.
